		<description>Hi Karyn --  It&#039;s like the ice-cold seawater I grew up near in Massachusetts.  You either dive right in or else your ankles start to ache and your turn back.  Going extreme and cold-turkey is often all that works for me.   Good luck, try checking out Dukan diet info online.  Even if you just white-knuckled it for two weeks, it might give you the boost you need!  D</description>
