Oh Dana, you're funny to start a post and give it a headline, "Is My Life Sweeter Without Sweets?," but then post no content yet! I love it!!

It's understandable that you don't yet grasp the concept, "Life is sweeter without sweets," that I've been discussing with you and other members of my group coaching program. I came up with this life-is-sweeter phrase ONLY after being off sugar and those culprit carbs for a while! You're only on Day 11 of no sugar.

So, Dana, please give it a little time. Perhaps I introduced the idea too early but I wanted to give you some HOPE! Over time, you'll find that you aren't so attached to sugary things -- they'll lose their importance, but right now sugar's hold is still tight around you -- albeit loosening quickly. Anyhow, take heart!

Anyhow, talk to me in 3 months or 6 months, and I'm willing to bet that you will find your Life is Sweeter Without Refined Sweets! You'll find sweetness from other things. Cheering you on! Great stuff here.

By the way, I invite you publicly to be on my Gab With the Gurus Radio Show when you feel ready and we think the time is right. The world should know about your Year Without Candy! What you're doing is brilliant, challenging and fun -- yes, I said fun -- it will be fun for you soon, I predict!

Warmly, Connie

I'm also trying hard to get off and stay off of sugar! I'm finding surprising success this week by having this Ezekiel English Muffin with butter for breakfast. It keeps me filled up and keeps my cravings at bay. Below is the list of ingredients. Hopefully sugar isn't cleverly disguised there!

Ezekiel 4:9 English Muffins
Ingredients: Organic sprouted wheat, filtered water, organic sprouted barley, organic sprouted millet, organic malted barley, organic sprouted lentils, organic sprouted soybeans, organic sprouted spelt, fresh yeast, sea salt.
