I make what I call &quot;Snack bars&quot; with peanut butter &amp; honey blended together, then mixed with puffed wheat cereal (just plain puffed wheat) raisins, &amp; diced dried figs. I also used to melt chocolate chips on top, but often only on half for my husband. (Who is, infuriatingly, a very &#039;green&#039; person with sugar!)

That is a very &quot;borderline&quot; sweet treat, IMO. Similar to the granola bar I ate with chocolate chips on Saturday. In my defense, I&#039;d just given blood &amp; my son had eaten all the raisins I brought while I was waiting to donate! ;)</description>
