As an ACE-certified fitness professional, it makes me ill! I canceled my subscription years ago (once I learned a bit &amp; knew better!) &amp; sent a lengthy letter.
It&#039;s mainstream crap. Doesn&#039;t tell the truth about fitness - NEVER encourages women to really pump iron (honestly, what do you think you&#039;re doing wasting time with pink plastic 3# dummbells?!) Ugh.

Um, yeah, and &quot;having hips&quot; generally is considered to mean that the circumference of your body is larger below your waist line. Simply having a pelvis doesn&#039;t qualify. Rolling my eyes at her...</description>
