I laughed from the second I saw the sloth!!! So many great lines like: "But when reading Eating Animals gets too much, I pull out one of my forgettable Bukowski books. Who do you think I’m going to read? John Updike? Nothing but talent, I’m told. But does anyone actually read John Updike?" If it's any consolation, it's crazy hot in MA too, dammit, with tons of humidity. Won't rain... I sincerely recommend a BITE of chocolate for comfort and to prove to yourself that you can behave and remain basically sugar-free. Just don't do details about meat, pleeeezzze....
