It sounds like you're doing something that is sustaining the weight you're at now. Two things right off the top..do more cardio and get rid of the hamburgers. Sounds a lot like the Atkins diet which I did after I broke my back. I gained a lot from lying around during recovery. Once I got moving I was doing 2 hours of cardio physical therapy 5 days a week and the meat I ate was the most lean I could find. There's plenty of fat in lean meats. You lost a couple... probably water weight but now you're system is idol. The amount of fat in a burger is deceiving , you don't cut a piece of fat off a steak and eat it right? .....well that fat is in your hamburger. Does it say you need your protein from meat ? If not try another source but first make it easy and cut out burgers and work out more(cardio only-you don't want to build which will happen easily due to eating all that protein). The weight just FELL off me and I'm not exaggerating.

I went vegetarian shortly after that...can't stomach the taste or thought of meat anymore but I have also gained. Sorry this is so long and hope it helps, I know how frustrating it can be.
