Like you, I could eat most anything and not gain much weight, but as I get a bit older, that changes and I have to be more careful.  And I can&#039;t do much about those love handles.. but losing weight will make the rest of you look good and you will feel good knowing you&#039;re eating more healthy food....</description>

		<description>I too don&#039;t overeat anything but sweets. As a matter of fact, it doesn&#039;t bother me in the least to stay away from fried foods &amp; other typical &#039;junk.&#039; I&#039;m perfectly happy with my other healthy foods - sweets are my sole food vice!

However, I don&#039;t lose weight as quickly as I did a decade ago. Therefore, when I&#039;ve been disciplined &amp; good for a few weeks, &amp; I&#039;ve lost no weight or only a single pound, I find that&#039;s a very difficult time for me. Basically, I think, &quot;I&#039;m being so good, depriving myself &amp; battling the cravings, and I&#039;M STILL THIS FAT?! Well, @$%* it! I might as well just eat the junk if I&#039;m gonna be fat anyway!&quot; :( Bad times, bad times.</description>
