Try this salad:  romaine letttuce, great tomatoes, cucumber, onion, feta cheese, (yes, it&#039;s like a Greek salad, but I use much more romaine and less feta) it&#039;s fabulous! The more I eat of it, the less I think of sweets, and the longer I go without sweets, the less I crave them. I wish you lots of luck, but YOU CAN DO IT!!  Just wait until my vegan macrobiotic friends see this...they don&#039;t care how that food tastes, they just like knowing it&#039;s so good for their bodies....God knows I&#039;m not there yet, but I&#039;m trying.  In fact, I&#039;m hosting a pot-luck veggie dinner with this theme: &quot;Get Laura excited about vegetables&quot;</description>
