		<description>Ahh, the fabulous &amp; dogmatic Kathleen DesMaisons! The draconian tone with which the above is written takes me back.

I failed to mention that I joined her yahoo group &amp; was kicked out by Kathleen herself for questioning her religion-I mean program. 

I see a problem in the fact that she fails to mention a *quantity* of protein in steps 1 and 3. Even the most SAD (Standard American Diet) meal tends to have at least a gram or 2 of protein.

She also dictates that one should NEVER, ever have sugar. I felt too, honestly, *insane* attempting that. I remember throwing a surprise 30th b-day party for my now-husband at the time &amp; skipping the cake. I felt like a wacko. I decided I didn&#039;t want to live my life that way.</description>
