		<description>What a tragedy. There are definitely many forms of self-destruction, for as many different reasons. Support from others is the key -- and accepting that support. To me, another way of &quot;not getting in the car&quot; is monitoring the &quot;cause and effect&quot; of each little action and decision we make (Buddhist concept) -- we&#039;re more powerful than we realize. Like you, we can choose whether or not to eat that candy bar. Each little decision can have a great impact on the direction of our life, but it&#039;s so hard to maintain That discipline/consciousness. But friends can help keep us focused.(More &quot;Sunday&quot; talk)</description>
